Creasy Spines is free to read and play. Some tools have limits for free accounts and a paid Collector plan. By using the site you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post — reviews, photos, finds and stories. You give us a licence to display it on Creasy Spines and in our newsletter so others can enjoy it. Only post things you have the right to share, and please don’t post other people’s private information (for example full addresses or phone numbers on a found letter — we’ll redact these where we can).
Be decent
- No harassment, hate, spam or self-promotion dressed up as reviews.
- Mark spoilers. Don’t review books you haven’t read.
- Don’t scrape the site or abuse the tools; rate limits apply.
Valuations and prices
Values from Shelf Scan, Edition Detective and the Hunt List are estimates based on current listings and are not appraisals. Prices change; always check the seller’s page before you buy. Purchases are between you and the seller.
Moderation
We may edit, hide or remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that repeatedly do.
Liability
